SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dietetics, and concerns the improvement of the body by changing the diet. To do this, in the morning and at noon time, use food containing proteins of animal and vegetable origin, with the exclusion of sweet foods from these diets during these periods. In the morning, tomatoes, green salads, salines, sour-milk products, extractives in products such as onions, garlic, spices, garnish in the form of fried potatoes, bread from rye flour. Breakfast washed down with three, four glasses of liquids: fresh strong tea, kefir, milk, kvas, brine, tomato juice, carbonated water. Then, after a four-hour pause, – a lunch in which, unlike breakfast, the products that stir appetite are considered undesirable: spices, onions, garlic, hot peppers, tomatoes, roasts. In this case, the black bread is replaced with white bread, or the portion is reduced by half. Without special restrictions give: milk, butter, sour cream, sour-milk products, limit the salted. Last meal of food and liquids per day is an afternoon snack from 4 pm to 5 pm, at which time sweets are given. After that, stop eating food and liquids until the next morning.
