METHOD FOR CREATION OF ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVE MESH OPTICALLY TRANSPARENT AND OPTICALLY NON-TRANSPARENT STRUCTURES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B82B1/00 B82Y40/00 H01L21/32

Abstract RU 2667341 C2

FIELD: technological processes; electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: use: to create structures using electric fields. Summary of the invention consists in that the method comprises obtaining a mesh electrically conductive micro- and nanostructure that is optically transparent due to the presence of end-to-end windows tending to approximately an average value, separating metal micro- and nanoscale wires obtained by transferring the metallized polymer template onto the substrate, followed by removal of the polymer, wherein in order to form a polymer template for subsequent metallization, electrostatic stretching of the filament from a drop of polymer solution is used and its acceleration towards the electrically conductive frame (the process of electrospinning), which is a single-window or multi-window cellular structure, followed by the formation on it of a polymer template, its further metallization by sputtering a metal or metal oxide layer, transferring it to a substrate with an optional removal of the polymer template and the frame, and resulting in an electrically conductive coating on the substrate.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating electrically conductive structures.
