FIELD: images forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biometric identification of person. System provides automatic scanning of object and image display in electronic form, while determination of static or moving object or its parts occurs without contact before / over biometric sensor or system at distance of 0.04 to 7,000 mm at speed not exceeding 1 m/s, as well as image formation of object surface or its parts occurs in 3D view independently, or together with 3D image of subcutaneous pattern of veins obtained using infrared filter, or formation of 3D image of subcutaneous vein pattern independently without 3D image of surface of object or its parts using artificial energy source in invisible infrared spectrum, or using natural solar radiation.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve image quality of 3D surface of object or its parts.
