SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. Method for producing marmalade with nanostructured chia seeds is proposed in which 100 g of sugar is dissolved in 200 g of water and mixture is boiled for 10 minutes, then add 2 g of agar-agar and cook for another 5 minutes, pour 50 g of apple puree and bring to a boil, cool to 60 °C, 300 mg of nanostructured chia seeds in carrageenan, or xanthan gum, or sodium alginate, or konjac gum, or gellan gum, or sodium carboxymethylcellulose, are added by mold.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain the finished high-quality product containing the nanostructured chia seeds.
