SUBSTANCE: invention relates to video encoding/decoding. A method for multiplexing video data is proposed in which the syntax is included in the data header of the transmission unit, which are used for multiplexing a picture with clean random access (CRA) used within random access, where the syntax indicates the playback status of the picture from the CRA, that is, normal playback or playback according to random access.
EFFECT: technical result consists in saving the system resource that is used to decode pictures (images) that do not need to be decoded.
