FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are the biocatalyst preparation method for the esters production, based on the recombinant lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosus biocatalyst, and the esters production method using this biocatalyst. Group of inventions relates to the biotechnology, and can be used in organic synthesis for the food, cosmetic and perfume industries valuable products production. Biocatalyst preparation method involves the silica gel or its carbon-containing composite impregnation with the solutions of recombinant lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosus or the lipase adsorption on mesoporous silica gel or its carbon-containing composite, followed by the biocatalyst drying. Biocatalyst is the immobilized on carrier Thermomyces lanuginosus lipase. Fatty acids esters preparation method involves the fatty acids esterification with aliphatic alcohols in the organic solvent in the presence of biocatalyst in the periodic mode in mixing reactor.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to increase the biocatalyst stability and enzymatic activity in esterification processes of the fatty acids and aliphatic alcohols wide variety.
