SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of medical devices. One of the inventions of the group is a condom having a coating or layer of a composition comprising a physiologically active agent, that the condom is treated with a neutralizing or acidic material to neutralize the pH of the condom itself, so that the condom when immersed in water leads to a pH value of 5.5 to 7. Second invention of the group is a method of manufacturing said condoms, comprising the steps of: 1) treatment of molded condoms with neutralizing or acidic material to neutralize the alkaline pH of the condom; and 2) applying a composition containing a physiologically active agent to the condoms. Third invention is a condom obtained by the said method.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the stability of the active agent of trinitroglycerin, as well as prevention of condom degradation.
