SUBSTANCE: condom has, on one or more of its surfaces, self-lubricating coating containing dry powder with a particle size of 300 microns or less. Self-lubricating coating becomes slippery in contact with a liquid medium. A method for manufacturing a self-lubricating condom includes manufacturing of a dry condom and applying to the specified condom, on one or more of its surfaces, self-lubricating coating containing dry powder. The invention also relates to the use of dry powder, such as xanthan gum, for the production of self-lubricating coating for a condom.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for lubrication or additional lubrication during sexual intercourse.
