Method comprises: extraordinary acquisition of the right to use unauthorized carrier frequencies by means of a return operation for the time interval of the match; tracking for a period of time T1 with a successful return operation for the time interval of the match; determining successful extraordinary acquisition of the right to use the resource of unauthorized carrier frequencies when it is detected that the resource of unauthorized carrier frequencies is unoccupied; using obtained resource of unlicensed carrier frequencies for scheduling or data transmission, the time interval being less than the time slice of the subframe.

EFFECT: technical result is the effectiveness of obtaining resources of unlicensed carrier frequencies.
