SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Embodiments of the present invention disclose an uplink transmission method based on a licensed access support system, LAA, and a device. Method includes: for a transmission packet transmitted on an unlicensed carrier, reservation of at least one SC-FDMA symbol in a subframe of an uplink packet corresponding to said transmission packet, where in the reserved at least one SC-FDMA symbol, the user equipment accesses the channel using the pre-conversation listening access mechanism, LBT.

EFFECT: in said solution, time interval for channel access by LBT may be reserved for another UE in uplink packet - this increases probability of successful access to channel by another UE, so that multiple user equipment in LAA communication system can perform uplink multiplexing.
