FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technologies for producing solar-to-electrical converters. Method comprises forming a layer of a transparent conductive electrode, a perovskite layer and an inorganic material layer. As a layer of inorganic material, conductive nanostructured porous alumina is used, the pores of which are filled with a precursor of a p-type semiconductor by centrifugation at a rotation speed of 3,000–3,500 rpm until fully filled. Precursor is 30 % toluene solution of nickel stearate heated to a temperature of 40–50 °C and taken in an amount of 0.05–0.1 ml or a 10 % solution of nickel acetate in monoethanolamine, taken in the same amount, which is dried for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 100–110 °C and for the same time annealed at a temperature of 450±10 °C.
EFFECT: invention provides a simplified technological process and a lowered energy costs.
