FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping equipment. Centrifugal pump comprises a straightening device (SD) installed between the screw and impeller. SD is made with a profiled body, sleeve (S) and located between S and the inner surface of the body ten blades (B). SD body is made in the form of a confuser with an inlet groove and an outlet flange for connection, respectively, with a suction pipe and pump body. Generatrix of S outer surface in the longitudinal section consists of an arc of a circle forming a convex inlet part of S outer surface and a conjugated straight line inclined to SD longitudinal axis and forming the output conical part of S outer surface. Inner surface of SD body is formed from the entrance side of a cylindrical a surface that is smoothly conjugate with a conical, and tapering along the flow surface, smoothly conjugated to the output cylindrical surface. S length is less than SD body length. B are smoothly bent in the middle part from the side of its concave and convex parts along the arc of the circumference in the longitudinal section along the flow of the medium with the direction of flow at the outlet along SD longitudinal axis. B input and output edges in B longitudinal section are formed by an arc of a circle. In the entrance area each B gradually increases its thickness and in the output section it gradually tapers in the direction to the output edge. In B longitudinal section, the radius of the arc of the circle forming the middle concave part of B profile is greater than the radius of the arc of the circle forming the middle convex part of B profile. Arc of the circle forming B input edge is conjugate to the arcs of the circle forming B concave and convex parts of by straight lines, forming different angles with SD cross-section. S input section coincides with the outlet section of the groove. B entrance edge is inclined to the vertical in the longitudinal section inside SD, and in the cross section it is made at an acute angle to the radius of SD body. Longitudinal stiffeners are provided on the outer surface of SD body. SD is made in the form of a single part.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to more effectively convert the kinetic energy of a swirling flow of a pumped liquid medium to increase its pressure and simultaneously increase the anticavitation properties of a pump.
