FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping equipment. Centrifugal pump comprises a straightening device (SD) installed between the screw and impeller. SD is made with a profiled body, sleeve (S) and located between the S and the inner surface of the body with nine blades (B). SD body is made in the form of a confuser with an inlet groove and an outlet flange for connection, respectively, with a suction pipe and pump body. Generatrix of the outer surface of S in the longitudinal section consists of an arc of a circle forming a convex inlet part of the outer surface of S and a conjugated straight line inclined to the longitudinal axis of SD and forming the output conical part of the outer surface of S. Inner surface of the body of SD is formed from the entrance side of a cylindrical surface smoothly conjugate with a conical and tapering along the flow surface, smoothly conjugated to the output cylindrical surface. S length is less than SD body length. B are smoothly curved along the arc of a circle in the longitudinal section along the flow of the medium with a direction of flow at the outlet along the longitudinal axis of SD. B input and output edges in B longitudinal section are formed by an arc of a circle. At the entrance area, each B gradually increases its thickness and at the output section smoothly tapers towards the output edge. S input section coincides with the outlet section of the groove. B entrance edge is inclined to the vertical in the longitudinal section inside SD, and in the cross section it is made at an acute angle to the radius of SD body. Longitudinal stiffeners are provided on the outer surface of SD body. SD is made in the form of a single part.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to more effectively convert the kinetic energy of a swirling flow of a pumped fluid into increase in the pressure of the flow of the pumped liquid medium and simultaneously increase the anticavitation properties of a centrifugal pump.
