FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing products of complex shape from high-strength aluminium alloys. Method of layer-by-layer fabrication of a part from aluminium alloy powder 7075 or B95 involves forming a powder for selective laser melting and forming the part by layer-by-layer selective laser melting of the powder in predetermined modes. Pre-made experimental fragments of layers with different scanning speeds and specific powers of laser radiation with the formation in each fragment of the boiling zone, the melting zone and the zone of the source material, measure the thickness of these zones. Layer by layer selective laser melting is carried out at a scanning speed and a specific power of laser radiation, providing the greatest value of the ratio of the melting zone thickness to the boiling zone thickness, and the thickness of the applied powder layer L is set from the condition L1 < L < l2 + L1, where L1 - boiling zone thickness, L2 - melting zone thickness.
EFFECT: improved performance properties of the manufactured details by improving accuracy and strength.
