FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to plastic surgery. Suture forming an alar cartilage dome is applied, medial and lateral limbs of the alar cartilage are sutured when forming the alar cartilage dome. When forming the alar cartilage dome using a mobile edge of the cephalic part of the lateral limp of the alar cartilage, an injection on the external surface and extraction on the inner surface of the medial limp of the alar cartilage are made. Injection on the inner surface and extraction on the external surface of the mobile cephalic part of the literal limp of the alar cartilage are further made, followed by the injection on the inner surface and extraction on the external surface of the fixed caudal part of the literal limp of the alar cartilage. Suture is tied in such a way that the thread and node are located on the side of the cephalic edge of the alar cartilage.
EFFECT: method provides the improved results of the formation of the alar cartilage dome in rhinoplasty.
