SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to X-ray surgical methods of treatment. Perform a transseptal puncture with the implantation of the metal framework. In this case, the quality of the implant is used by a two-disc occluder to close the defect of the interatrial septum. Previously, the thrombogenic tissue is removed from the occluder by expanding the threads that are attached to the metal grid, after which an occlusal metal frame is implanted in the interatrial septum.
EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of occluder implantation in the interatrial septum, to fix it optimally, and to reduce the risk of complications development.
