FIELD: pump engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering. Guide device (GD) of a centrifugal multistage pump contains a disk with guide blades (GB) on one side of the disk and back blades (BB) on the other side of the disk, associated with GD on the outer diameter of the disk with the formation of guide channels and reverse channels. In cross section, the GB profile is made with inlet, middle and output sections. Entrance section of the GB is made at an acute angle to tangent circle, along which entrance edges of GB are located. In the cross section, the entrance edge of each GB is formed by an arc of a circle associated with a straight line and an arc of a circle, forming, respectively, the input section of the convex and concave sides of the GB with the formation of increasing in thickness from the input edge of the input section of the GB. Middle section of concave and convex sides of GB is formed by circular arcs. Radius of the arc of a circle of the convex side of the middle section of the GB is 2–3 times less than the radius of the arc of a circle of the concave side of the GB. Radius of the arc of a circle of the convex side of the output section of GB is 2–3 times larger than the radius of the arc of a circle of the convex side of the middle section of GB. Output section of the concave side of the GB is formed by a straight line. Straight lines of the entrance section of the convex side of the GB and the output section of the concave side of the neighboring NL form an angle of 6° up to 7° and a diverging portion of the guide channel. BB output edges are located along circumference with the formation of output sections of return channels. In the cross section, the output edge of each GB is formed by an arc of a circle conjugate to the arcs of a circle of the output and input sections of the concave and convex sides of the GB. Radius of the arc of a circle of the output section of the convex side of the BB is larger than the radius of the arc of a circle of the entrance section. Guiding vane is designed as a single part with six evenly spaced around the circle of GB and BB. Radii passing through the entrance and output edges of each GB, form an angle of 75° up to 77°, and the radii passing through the entrance and output edges of each BB, form an angle from 106° up to 108°.

EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to reduce the hydraulic resistance in the flow path of the GD.
