FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for production of a high-quality biologically active additive (BAD), which has antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties. Method for obtaining dietary food supplements, with antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties, which is a powder from pomace, characterized by the fact that processing of pomace is carried out in electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency with a frequency of 2,450 MHz at a heating rate up to a temperature of 40–45 °C equal to 0.4–0.5 °C/s, followed by drying, cooling and grinding.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a dietary food supplement with increased antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties.
