SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles. In the method, the master controller of the clutch coupling of a vehicle includes an electronic control unit configured to: switch the activation status of the clutch by the clutch actuator; control the inertial motion to disengage the clutch when driving; terminate inertial motion control, when the specified end condition occurs during the exercise of inertial motion control. Above control unit determines the current driving state when the clutch can engage, based on the determination of the engine speed falling within the specified speed range, if the clutch engages at the current gear stage while coasting. Also, the block prohibits engagement of the clutch when it is determined that the current state of motion is not the movement when the clutch can engage when coasting and control slippage, when the end condition occurs when coasting, and an acceleration request is made when the clutch engagement is prohibited.
EFFECT: load on the motor is reduced.
