SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a contactless smart card. Contactless smart card has at least one line for dividing the card into fragments, contains an active RFID tag having at least one shunt circuit connected to the RFID tag antenna, or connected to the pins of an integrated circuit RFID tag, and the portions of this bypass circuit pass through two adjacent map fragments and are structurally connected to the card so that in the normal undamaged state of the card this shunt circuit is in a working contact state, and in the state of the separated said adjacent fragments, this shunt circuit is in the broken contact state, the RFID tag in the state of the operating contact of the shunting circuit is made active with the main identification code, and in the state of the broken contact of the shunt circuit, the RFID tag has an active state with an additional identification code different from the main identification code.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the simplification of the construction and method of manufacturing the card.
