FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the composite material manufacturing method, device for its manufacturing, procurement and the composite material, allowing for the high-quality composite material formation, having limitations in shape to improve moldability while suppressing the reinforced fiber arrangement deflection during preforming. Composite material (400) manufacturing method comprises the reinforcing material (510) and the introduced into the reinforcing material resin (600), and includes: application step (step S12) for the adhesive application onto the sheet reinforcing material, having the first and second regions (511) and (512), so, that the adhesive (520) contents density of the second region is lower than the adhesive (520) contents density of the first region; as well as the preforming step (step S17) for the reinforcing material preforming in the three-dimensional form for the preform formation so, that the second region had curvature, greater than the first region curvature. Composite material manufacturing device contains units for performance of the operations according to the invention method. Workpiece for the composite material contains the core material, covered with reinforcing material, at that, containing the adhesive reinforcing material second region density is lower than the containing the adhesive reinforcing material first region density.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the group of inventions is to ensure the composite material molding tolerance with the wide range of shape selection by increase in the workpiece shape degree of freedom while suppressing the reinforced fiber location deviation.
