SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Vaccine composition and a method for vaccinating poultry are proposed. Composition of the vaccine against Campylobacteriosis contains modified E. coli cells, expressing at least one N-glycan or a derivative thereof on its surface obtained from at least one pgl Campylobacter jejeni operon, and one or more physiologically acceptable diluent, adjuvant, adjuvant or carrier. Method of vaccination comprises administering to the animal an effective dose of the vaccine composition.
EFFECT: invention provides prevention and/or treatment of poultry infections.
