FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, to a recombinant vaccine preparation of prolonged action for the prevention of plague. This vaccine preparation contains biodegradable polymers and recombinant purified antigens of the plague microbe F1 and V. Vaccine preparation is a mixture of particles, consisting of aluminum hydroxide with sorbed V and F1 antigens and microcapsules. These microcapsules consist of a porous core formed by a dried gel from a suitable water-soluble polymer, with the dry protein antigen V or F1 distributed therein in different particles in a solid polymer shell of a hydrophobic polymer of poly-D, L-lactide or poly-D, L-lactide-co-glycolide and Tween 20 surfactant. Present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of said vaccine preparation.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a long-acting vaccine preparation for the prevention of plague.
