Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the laser device contains from two to six mesas provided on one semiconductor chip, wherein the mesas are electrically connected in parallel so that the mesas are configured to emit laser light at the same time if a defined threshold voltage is applied to the mesas, wherein the laser device further comprises a driver for electrical excitation of mesas, wherein the driver is configured to supply the defined threshold voltage to the mesas, wherein the semiconductor chip having a side length of less than 250 mcm.

EFFECT: technical result: providing the possibility of reducing the chip size of the integrated circuit with increased output.
