FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, specifically to a composition for the production of grain product. Composition contains a grain, flavour additive and fruit puree. Mixture of white lupine seed flour, flaxseed flour and buckwheat flour is used as grain, with the following component ratio, wt. %: white lupine seed flour 20.0–40.0; flaxseed flour 15.0–20.0; buckwheat flour 3.0–5.0; flavour additives 1.0–2.5; the rest is fruit puree.
EFFECT: invention provides the increased content of dietary fibers and protein in high-energy grain product, and wider expanded gluten-free product range.
