FIELD: control and measuring instruments.

SUBSTANCE: device is used to measure the relative amount of hydrogen and hydroxide ions in an aqueous solution. The essence of the invention is that the pH sensor for a single-use container includes a plunger sleeve made with the possibility of connecting to the flange of a single-use container. The plunger is axially movable in the plunger sleeve between the storage position and the operating position. The pH-sensitive element is connected to the plunger, while the pH element is located in the storage chamber in the storage position and is made to be extended inside the disposable container in the working position. In one example, a temperature-sensitive element is located in a pH sensor and is designed to sense temperature near the pH-sensitive element. In another example, the locking element is connected to the plunger, where the locking element has a locked position and an unlocked position, the locking element is designed to prohibit the movement of the plunger when it is in the locked position. In one more example, the plunger includes at least one filling channel that allows access to the comparison filling chamber when the plunger is in the filling position.
