SUBSTANCE: asymmetric conical bioreactor includes a hermetically sealed rigid vessel containing a top and a bottom lid, the top lid being connected to the vessel by means of a flange, the inner surface of the vessel being made in the form of a truncated cone, having a rectangular trapezoid in cross section, and on the outer surface of the vessel at least at least two mounting holes for installing sensors for monitoring the process, on the surfaces of the vessel, covers and flange there are seats for installing one gas inlet port, gas outlet, sampling port, culture introduction port, reagents injection port, culture collection port and waste disposal port. In this variant, the bioreactor also includes at least one membrane inside the vessel, which divides the internal volume of the vessel into two spaces, one of which is an area of gas accumulation, where a drain valve with an extension to remove the air bubble is located. Also described is a bioreactor system for cell culture, including the specified bioreactor.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the viability of cultured cells while improving mass transfer characteristics.
