FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the biotechnology industry, in particular to the equipment used to create and support biological reactions of any purpose. Disposable bioreactor vessel comprises a bioreactor bag wall having an inner side and an outer side and a single opening extending from the inner side to the outside; the inner side is configured to contact the reaction mixture and its containment, a port installed in the opening. Port includes a flange fixedly attached to the bioreactor bag so as to maintain a fluid seal along the circumference of the flange, and a first sensor configured to recognize the parameter of the first process and located within the port and a second sensor configured to recognize the parameter of the second process. Second sensor is also located inside the port in such a way that the port supports the first and second sensors inside a single hole in the wall of the bioreactor bag. In this case, at least one sensor is configured to recognize a parameter selected from the group consisting of pH, concentration of the reaction mixture, dissolved oxygen concentration, conductivity, temperature and pressure. Method of manufacturing a disposable reaction vessel comprises forming a reaction chamber having a wall with a single opening therein; sealed attachment of the port to a single opening of the reaction chamber; and connecting the first and second sensors to the reaction chamber via a port in such a way that each of the first and second sensors passes through the port and through the wall and comes into contact with the reaction mixture inside the reaction chamber.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the convenience of operating a disposable bioreactor vessel while reducing material costs.
