FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in installations for producing a water-fuel emulsion (WFE) and especially in assembly with a self-regulating water supply system for diesel ICE. Combined regulator is proposed, comprising water flow regulator and working medium pressure regulator connected to water supply system and engine fuel system. Both regulators are made in a single spool-type design, while the spool 1 is installed in cylinder 2 with a gap clearance, and in the cylinder 2 itself, longitudinal grooves 3, 9 are made at both ends for the passage of water and working medium. At the ends of the cylinder 2 is installed fixed sleeve 4, 10, which made identical grooves 5, 11, while in the sleeve 4 with the groove 5 for the passage of water is placed a piston 6, mechanically connected to the valve 1. Cylinder 2 with sleeves 4, 10 is mounted in the housing 13, with the chamber 14 formed inside, which is hydraulically interconnected with the slots 3, 9, made in the cylinder 2.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to significantly increase both the accuracy of maintaining pressure in the fuel supply system in internal combustion engine, and to obtain optimum water concentration in WFE depending on operation mode of the internal combustion engine (ICE) and thereby ensure maximum fuel economy.
