FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve engineering and can be widely used in cryogenic technology. The valve body is made autonomously from the vacuum casing and a cylindrical cup is installed on the body by means of a threaded connection, in which a lever mechanism is located in the form of a lever axis and a lever interacting with the valve stem. A pressure plate, made in the form of a radial sector, and limiters of rotation of the lever around the axis relative to the stop made on the housing, on which the lever spring is also installed, are fixed in the lever. A collar is made in the nozzle, and on the body with the seat there is a bushing for limiting the nozzle stroke. In the bottom of the glass, coaxially with the rod, a square-shaped hole is made for the drive for rotating the glass, which is installed on the vacuum casing coaxially with the axis of the rod and is made in the form of a body, inside which a spring-loaded rod is installed, the lower end of which has the shape of a square, and the upper end is a knob. On the vacuum casing, coaxially to the lever rotation limiters, a device for lever rotation is installed, made in the form of a housing, inside which a spring-loaded rod and a bolt for moving the rod are installed, while the sealing of the rods from the external environment is performed by gaskets installed in each housing.
EFFECT: reduction of heat flow to the cryogenic working medium from the valve, regardless of its spatial position.
