FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of perinatal foetal death. At registration of pregnancy in women prognostic criteria are determined: education, age of sexual debut in years, presence of hypertensive and/or arterial hypertension in past medical history, registered marriage, presence of obesity according to body weight index more than 25.0, menarche age in years, smoking, presence of official place of work, presence of genital pathology infectious miscarriage in past medical history, impending parturition by count. Prognostic features are measured in points. LDF1 and LDF2 coefficients are calculated by formulas. If LDF1 > LDF2, high risk of perinatal foetal death is prognosed. If LDF2 > LDF1 low risk of perinatal foetal death is prognosed.
EFFECT: method enables accurate prediction of perinatal foetal death by integrated assessment of most optimal parameters.
