FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of wood boards. Gluing system containing a polymer adhesive and a nanoparticle smaller than 500 nm is applied to the wood shavings, modified with a compound comprising H, OH or a hydrolyzable moiety, and a non-hydrolyzable organic moiety. Hydrolyzed fragment is selected from the group including halogen, alkoxy, carboxyl, amino, monoalkylamino or dialkylamino, aryloxy, acyloxy, alkylcarbonyl. Non-hydrolysable organic moiety is selected from the group including substituted and unsubstituted alkyl, substituted and unsubstituted aryl, substituted and unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted and unsubstituted alkynyl, substituted and unsubstituted cycloalkyl, each of which can be interrupted by -O- or -NH-. Adhesive system is admixed to wood shavings in an amount of 1.0 to 2.5 wt. %, preferably from 1.5 to 2.4 % by wt. % and more preferably from 2.0 to 2.2 wt. % in terms of the weight of wood shavings. Wood chips are then pressed to form wood boards.
EFFECT: decreases the amount of adhesive.
