SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method of obtaining phosphorus-potassium fertilizers based on wood bark includes obtaining a porous substrate by alkaline treatment of the bark, followed by impregnating the substrate with a solution of the phosphorus-potassium salt, moreover, the impregnated substrate containing 2.0 to 7.0 wt.% phosphorus, incubated before drying for 1 hour, dried to air-dry state at a temperature of 100 °C, then it is impregnated with a solution of calcium chloride or nitrate at a molar ratio of P:Ca of 1:2, incubated for 24 hours and dried to an air-dry state.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the agrochemical properties of a fertilizer by increasing its water resistance, to reduce the energy consumption for the production of fertilizers, to recycle wood waste.
