SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and the production of foot-mouth disease (FMD) vaccines, and in particular to a method for determining the infectivity titer of the FMD virus in non-inactivated raw materials for the production of vaccines using the method of RT-PCR-RT (Reverse Transcription PCR in Real Time) and developed a regression model of the dependence of the infectivity titer of FMD virus on the magnitude of the amplification threshold cycle. Based on the amplification threshold cycle value determined by the fluorescent PCR detector (Ct) using the developed negative regression model, calculate the value of the titer of FMD virus (TWY) of different types.
