FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: catalytic systems and methods for their preparation are described. Method includes selecting a catalyst mixture using a combined polydispersity coefficient (bPDI) map. Polydispersity map is constructed by obtaining a plurality of polymers for at least two catalysts. Each polymer is produced with different ratios of hydrogen to ethylene. At least one catalyst provides a higher molecular weight polymer, and another catalyst provides a lower molecular weight polymer. Molecular weight of each polymer is measured. Relationship between the molecular weight of the polymers is determined obtained on each of the catalysts and the ratio of hydrogen to ethylene. Group of bPDI curves is constructed for polymers that will be produced using a plurality of ratios of a mixture of at least two catalysts for each of a plurality of hydrogen to ethylene ratios. Ratio is chosen for the catalyst mixture of catalysts, which provides a polymer with bPDI, corresponding to the polymer processing process, and an article-specific polyolefin is produced using the said catalyst mixture.
EFFECT: technical result is an improvement in the physical properties of resins with an orthogonal composition distribution.
