FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalyst systems and methods of producing said catalyst systems. Method includes selecting a catalyst mixture using a combined polydispersity coefficient (bPDI) map. Polydispersity map is constructed by obtaining a plurality of polymers for at least two catalysts. Each polymer is produced with different ratios of hydrogen to ethylene. At least one catalyst enables to obtain a higher-molecular weight polymer, and the other catalyst enables to obtain a low-molecular weight polymer. Molecular weight of each polymer is measured. Relationship between the molecular weight of the polymers is determined obtained on each of the catalysts and the ratio of hydrogen to ethylene. Group of bPDI curves is constructed for polymers that will be produced using a plurality of ratios of a mixture of at least two catalysts for each of a plurality of hydrogen to ethylene ratios. A ratio is determined for a catalytic mixture of catalysts, which enables to obtain a polymer with bPDI corresponding to a process for processing the polymer, and an article-specific polyolefin is obtained using said catalytic mixture.
EFFECT: method provides controlled technologies of obtaining copolymers, having improved physical properties of resins with orthogonal distribution of composition, required for production of products in demand in industry.
