SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to peptide ligands specific for plasma kallikrein, which can be used in medicine. Peptide ligand is obtained, containing a polypeptide having three cysteine residues separated by two loop sequences, and a molecular scaffold, which is tris(bromomethyl)benzene, which forms covalent bonds with cysteine residues of the polypeptide, so that on the molecular scaffold, two polypeptide loops are formed, which are closed between points of attachment to the scaffold.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain peptide ligands specific for plasma kallikrein with increased efficiency and / or resistance to proteases.
