FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing butadiene-1,3, in which: raw stream containing butene is divided into two parts; an oxidizer and steam are passed into the first reactor; first part of the feed stream is passed into the first reactor operating under the first reaction conditions to form the effluent stream of the first reactor; water is passed through a heat exchanger to cool the effluent of the first reactor, as well as the formation of a low-pressure steam stream and a cooled effluent stream of the first reactor; oxidant and the low pressure vapor stream are passed to the second reactor and the second portion of the feed stream is passed to the second reactor, operating under the second reaction conditions, to form an effluent stream of the second reactor.
EFFECT: present invention leads to a reduction in the engineering systems required for steam generation, without the need for an additional compression stage.
