FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments. Wound retractor contains vertical support 1 with installation clamp 2 for fastening to the operating table, at least one horizontal bar 3 connected to support 1 by clip 4, and removable working mirrors 5, placed at the ends of brackets 6 mounted on horizontal rod 3 with the possibility of movement and fixation. Installation clamp 2 is equipped with a drive pusher, which is placed in vertical support 1 and is equipped with removable thumb 7. Brackets 6 have shaped holes 9 for mounting on stops 8 located on one side of horizontal rod 3 and made in the form of pins with end flanges. Stops 8 are located at the same distance from each other, in groups of three stops. First extreme stop 8 of each group is oriented parallel to vertical support 1. Longitudinal axis 10 of middle stop 8 is oriented at an angle to longitudinal axis 11 of first extreme stop 8. Angle between longitudinal axis 12 of second extreme stop 8 and longitudinal axis 11 of the first extreme stop is half the angle between longitudinal axis 11 of first extreme stop 8 and longitudinal axis 10 of middle stop 8.
EFFECT: invention can be used for pushing the organs and tissues of the chest and abdomen when the patient is on the operating table on the back and on the side.
