SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an anti-adhesive coating comprising at least one functional decorative layer, comprising a pigment composition that exhibits reversible variation of optical and/or colorimetric properties, when the coating is subjected to a temperature variation between a low temperature from 0 °C to 40 °C and a high temperature from 80 °C to 400 °C. Also in accordance with the present invention, the pigment composition contains at least one compound of formula Y(3-x)MxFe(5-y)QyO12, presented in the form of particles, in which M is selected from lanthanides, alkali metals, alkali earth metals and metalloids with an oxidation state (CO) +3; Q is selected from the group consisting of lanthanides, nonmetals with an oxidation state of +4, metals with CO +3 or +4, transition metals with CO +2 or +4, alkali earth metals and alkali metals; wherein x ranges from 0 to 0.3 and y ranges from 0 to 3.
EFFECT: objective of this invention is a non-stick coating comprising at least one functional decorative layer, characterized in that the decorative layer comprises a pigment composition displaying a reversible change in optical and/or colorimetric properties.
