SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds, namely, pyranoindoles of general formula 1, where R1 means H, HO, CH3, C2H5, C3H7, AcO, Cl, CF3, CF3O, NO2, MeO; R2 means H, CH3, C2H5, C3H7, Ac, CH2Ph, CH2Ph-4-CN, CH2Ph-4-OMe; R3 means H, NHCH3, NHC3H5; R4 means CN, CONH2, COOC2H5, NHCOPh, with the exception of the compounds 2-oxo-2,5-dihydropyrano[3,2-b]indole-3-carbonitrile, 2-oxo-2,5-dihydropyrano[3,2-b]indole-3-ethoxycarbonyl and 2-oxo-2,5-dihydropyrano[3,2-b]indole-3-urea.
