METHOD FOR CHEMICAL MODIFICATION OF SURFACE OF MICROCONTAINERS BASED ON MONOSTEARATE SORBITAN OF FLUORESCEIN DERIVATIVES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C07B43/04 C07B37/02 C07C69/02 C07D311/80

Abstract RU 2675367 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for chemical modification of the surface of microcontainers based on monostearate sorbitan with fluorescein derivatives, carried out by activating the surface with a solution of sodium periodate sodium, followed by incubation of activated niosomes with a solution of a primary or secondary amine and C-H active fluorescent component. Usage: in biotechnology and nanotechnology, with chemical modification of the surface of niosome microvesicles.

EFFECT: formation of a covalent bond between the fluorochrome molecule and the structure-forming component of the microparticle provides for obtaining niosome dispersions with fragments of fluorescein and its derivatives immobilized on the surface of particles with high efficiency (up to 75 %).
