Summary of invention is that piezoelectric transducers ultrasonic acoustic anemometer mounted on the frame at the vertices of the base and the top of the prism with the base in the form of an equilateral triangle and connected to the signal conditioning, data receiving and processing unit, the output of which, in turn, is connected to the input of the information acquisition unit. Axis of the piezoelectric transducer fixed at the top of the prism is directed to the center of the base of the prism, and the axis of the piezoelectric transducer fixed at the top of the base of the prism is directed towards the piezoelectric transducer fixed at the top of the prism.

EFFECT: providing opportunities to improve the accuracy of measuring the speed and direction of movement of the air flow.
