SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication. Method of fast handover of the transfer point includes: service base station detecting whether the currently used transfer point should be closed; if the service base station detects that the currently used transfer point should be closed, sending a command pointing to the transfer target point to the terminal to inform the terminal of the new target transfer point to be tracked soon, and/or to notify the terminal that the currently used transfer point will be closed. Respectively, in the present invention, a quick handover device of a transmission point is also provided.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide a reduction in the time of interruption of communication due to the closing of the transfer point, improving the possibilities of user interaction and improving the overall use of resources and system performance of the system.
