SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to gynecology, and is a method for predicting the risk of developing external genital endometriosis, consisting in the fact that DNA is isolated from peripheral venous blood, followed by the study of polymorphic variants C-511T of the IL1B gene, C-590T of IL4 gene, G-174C of IL6 gene, C-592A of IL10 gene, C-509T of TGFB gene, -604T/C of KDR gene, 735G/A of Ang-2 gene, and A-4889G of CYP1A1 gene, C-734A of CYP1A2 gene and calculate the value of P according to the formula: P=e^Y/(1+e^Y), where P – is the value of the probability of development of the trait, Y – is the value of the regression equation, calculated by the formula: Y = -45.807+k₁+k₂+k₃+k₄+k₅+k₇+k₈+k₉; where k_i is chosen depending on polymorphic variants of genes; and if the value of P is equal to or greater than 0.5, a high risk of developing external genital endometriosis is predicted, and if the value of P is less than 0.5, a low risk of developing external genital endometriosis is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides a prediction of the risk of developing external genital endometriosis, which makes it possible for the timely start of treatment of this disease.
