FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to textured electrical steel sheet used as magnetic-soft material for making iron cores of electrotechnical devices. Steel contains the following chemical composition, wt%: C 0.005 or less, Si from 3.0 or more to 4.0 or less, Mn from 0.05 or more to 0.50 or less, sol. Al 0.001 or less, N 0.0015 or less, S 0.0010 or less, Se 0.0010 or less, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities. Average deviation angle (α2+β2)1/2, calculated based on deviation angle α from ideal Goss orientation around rotation axis ND and deviation angle β from ideal Goss orientation around TD rotation axis is 5.0° or less, and fraction of surface area Rβ for crystalline grains at β≤0.50° is 20 % or less.
EFFECT: providing excellent magnetic properties, as well as high production efficiency.
