FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the textured electrical steel sheet production used for the transformers iron cores manufacturing. After the forsterite coating removal the steel iron matrix has a chemical composition containing, wt. %: C not more than 0.0050, Si 2.0–8.0, Mn 0.005–1.0, Fe and unavoidable impurities are the rest being. Contained in the iron matrix after the forsterite coating removal the Ti (Ti (a)) element amount and the N (N (a)) element amount, and contained in having the forsterite coating sheet steel the Ti (Ti (b)) element amount and the N element (N (b)) amount satisfy the ratios wt. % N(b) ≤ 0.0050, N(b) / N(a) ≥ 4 and Ti(b) / Ti(a) ≥ 4.
EFFECT: enabling the coating excellent properties, as well as the excellent core loss characteristics after the stress relief annealing.
