SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication and is intended for encoding and decoding images. Device for decoding an image comprises means for obtaining an intraframe prediction mode, which obtains information about the intraframe prediction mode of the prediction block of the luminance component and about the intraframe prediction block of the prediction chroma component, and means for performing intraframe prediction, which makes the intraframe prediction in relation to the prediction block of the chroma component according to the specified intraframe prediction mode. Device for encoding an image comprises means for performing intraframe prediction, which makes intraframe prediction in relation to the prediction block of the luminance component and the prediction block of the chroma component, and output means that generates information about the intraframe prediction mode of the prediction block of the luminance component and the prediction block of the chroma component.
EFFECT: high image quality by increasing efficiency of encoding and decoding video signals in intraframe prediction mode.
