Device for encoding an image comprises means for performing intraframe prediction, which makes intraframe prediction in relation to the prediction block of the luminance component and the prediction block of the chroma component, and output means that generates information about the intraframe prediction mode of the prediction block of the luminance component and the prediction block of the chroma component.
EFFECT: high image quality by increasing efficiency of encoding and decoding video signals in intraframe prediction mode.
