SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for initiation of tumor cell death, intended for complex treatment of oncological patients having tumor tissues in all organs of human body, by their hyperthermia HF and microwave energy. Method consists in the fact that a person is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet for 3 days to create glucose starvation and subsequent maximal saturation of oncological cells with electron-ionic solution of ascorbic acid in disposable megadose 350 mg, and after 4 hours with maximum accumulation of preparation in tumor tissues is 2–4 times higher than in healthy, selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues is performed with high-frequency energy in accordance with the depth of their location and the penetration depth of the electromagnetic wave into the human body of 1100 cm, at the allowed frequency f=13.56 MHz, with total heating rate of tumor tissues at these frequencies of 0.017 °C/s, for 360 s to the temperature of tumor tissues 43 °C, when heating healthy tissues no more than 40 °C.
EFFECT: said method results in thermal death of tumor tissues due to high dielectric contrast of the tumor and increasing difference in its conductivity (dielectric loss) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, which reaches multiple values for various tumors.
