SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a slicer. Said slicer has a locking mechanism for the slicing disk with a metal blind nut located on the rear surface of the slicing disk, as well as inside the nut mounting hole, which communicates with a slot, and a mounting bolt on the front surface or the rear surface of the slicing disk that engages with the blind nut when it is inserted into the bolt hole at the end of the slicing disk.
EFFECT: as a result, the strength of the connection is prevented from being broken by a fixing bolt connecting the slicing disk to the frame.
